Webinar: Coping With Loneliness And Loss During The Holiday Season

This webinar took place on Thursday 15 December, 12-12.45pm GMT.

The message you will likely find everywhere around the holiday season is that you should be spending time with loved ones. But what if you can’t spend time with your loved ones or spending time with them is too difficult?

You may have recently moved to a new place, gone through a breakup, experienced a bereavement, or have an ill family member. Any one of these things during the holidays can make us feel more alone if it means we don’t have someone to spend the holidays with or we can’t spend time with the ones who are most important to us.

This FREE webinar aims to help you learn some tools and techniques to feel more connected and content this festive season, especially if you are experiencing loss or loneliness.
