Webinar: Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease - Information for Loved Ones

This webinar took place on Monday 18 September 2023, 12-12.45pm BST

By 2025, it is estimated that over 1 million people in the UK will have dementia and almost all of us will know someone who lives with the condition. Early on in dementia, those affected experience changes in how they think, reason, and remember, in ways that impact their everyday lives. This is difficult for both the sufferer and their loved ones.

Throughout this webinar we explore the main subtypes of dementia, the progressive nature in which it impacts sufferers, and what you can do as a loved one, to not only support those living with the condition but to ensure you manage the often challenging psychological and emotional impact this can have on you.
