Our Team

Cayte is an experienced professional in operations. She oversees all operational departments within First Psychology, including our client services office. Prior to joining First Psychology, Cayte worked for Adoption UK following a long career in the corporate sector as a business analyst and operations manager at Heineken UK, where she developed significant skills in project management, business development, and customer service management.

Cayte has a strong interest in the mental health and wellbeing fields and is currently undertaking a degree in psychology.
