Jean works from a person-centred perspective and she aims to build a trusting therapeutic relationship with each client to provide a safe space in which they can explore their thoughts and feelings, to help develop their growth and development. Jean works collaboratively with each client, tailoring her approach to meet their individual needs and preferences, and helping to select the best tools and strategies to realise their full potential for positive change. Jean has worked as a counsellor/therapist in a number of settings including in private practice, the voluntary sector, for charitable organisations, and the private sector.
