Phoebe is an experienced and empathetic practitioner who works in a holistic way with clients. She integrates elements from a number of therapies/approaches including Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), mindfulness based therapies, Person-Centred Therapy, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Planning, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) to meet the individual needs and preferences of each client. 
 

Phoebe’s background and training

Phoebe has spent many years gaining hands-on experience in a range of mental health support roles.

She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Counselling from Abertay University, and is currently working towards a Doctorate in Health Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University.
 

Phoebe's fee
