Sasha has a special interest in working with complex trauma and interpersonal difficulties, as well as supporting neurodivergent clients (diagnosed or suspected). She is passionate about supporting adult clients who have experienced childhood trauma.
Sasha's way of working
Sasha in an integrative practitioner, who works with a person-centred foundation. She strives to provide support tailored to each client's individual preferences and goals. She values the therapeutic relationship, and strives to create a non-judgemental and empathetic environment where people feel seen and heard. Sasha draws upon a range of therapeutic styles to meet the needs of her clients, incorporating elements from Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT-Informed Therapy, and Solution-focused Therapy where appropriate. She is committed to providing culturally sensitive and responsive support to clients from a diverse range of backgrounds.Sasha's background and training
Sasha has experience in a variety of support roles including work with multiple charities and as a consultant for a GP. As part of her wide-ranging roles, Sasha has provided psychoeducation and specialist treatment for severe CPTSD, supported families affected by substance use, and delivered tailored therapy for clients affected by pregnancy complications.Sasha holds a Diploma in Counselling Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University in addition to an MSc in Psychological Studies from the University of Glasgow.
Sasha is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Sasha's fee
