Solenn’s way of working

Solenn aims to support clients in harnessing their inner capacity for growth by focusing on the here and now and exploring how early life may be impacting their current unconscious processes. She takes a psychodynamic and person-centred approach to her counselling/psychotherapy work and aims to build a strong therapeutic relationship with each client, creating a non-judgemental space in which clients can feel safe to be themselves and fully explore their situation. Solenn often draws on her diverse experiences of living and being from different cultures, and her practice is deeply influenced by Buddhist teachings.

Solenn is fluent in French and is happy to work with clients who feel more comfortable speaking in this language.
