She puts the clients’ journey, life experience and goals at the centre of the therapy experience, ensuring all people feel heard, safe, seen, understood, and hopeful to live a more fulfilled and happier life.
Annette approaches counselling/psychotherapy sessions from a person centered perspective and tailors her approach to meet the individual needs and preferences of each person. She may integrate a range of approaches/therapeutic techniques into her work including: Cognitive-Behaviour therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Coaching, Person-Centred Therapy, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Analysis System of Psychotherapy, and Solution Focussed Therapy.
Annette’s background and training
Annette has four years' experience working as a therapist. In addition, for over a decade, she has been involved in planning and delivering education, learning and creative programmes for museums. Before this, Annette was a former freelance designer for collections and shops in London and New York.
Annette has a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Group work (COSCA validated).
She is a member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
Annette’s fee
